HI, Can someone read the marks on these plates?

Hi,
The mark says "Matsuura zo"( 松 浦 造 ) in Japanese,
Meaning is made by Matsuura(ma-tsu-u-ra).
I can not say the era.(May be pre WWII period?)

Thanks, this means proficient in Japanese, but is this referring to the answer or the plate?
