What about Asian bead experts Kevin Ball, Gunar Myhlman, and websites like AncientBead and Ancient Bead-Art, i'm not fighting :)

and in ancient areas when people cultivate new lands or other type of construction, different artifact's and mostly pots filled with coins and some beads are unearhed mostly,

here is another bead of 42 x 17 mm

What would it worth?

Market value of banded agates (and other hardstones) is what you are willing to pay.

Be aware that vast numbers of such stones have been dyed in Czechoslovakia in 20th century, often the stones from Brazil.

Trust most vendors to give you a "story" that is much more interesting than the item.

Purchase what you like, but don't expect there to be high "collector" value for the stones.

the perforation has no wear, there is a bad crack in the bead, if this bead is ancient, it would have a value of around $25, if it is new, as I suspect, the value is $5-10

Value of this bead can vary, I would ask between $60-$100 us.
Some people will ask even more...
Check at Garuda trading.com. Here is everything Asian....Bead wise.
Please don't waste your time fighting on BCN. This is the best bead site I've ever used. Lately there are some new members who have stores on Ebay and don't like to be questioned about there knowledge of beads.
But for the most part..BCN has the most knowledgeable collectors in the world.
Also...google Jamey Allen...He has a yahoo group for bead people too...very good group.
I hope this has helped you out a little.
See you at BCN.....dannoh

There is hardly any way to determine when a hardstone bead was fashioned unless recovered from a datable archaeological site.

Ths bead is not an unusual shape.

The color combination is nice, but "value" depends on what a viewer would be willing to pay -- given no unusual feature that would define place and dating of origin.

This is a public forum. No one but moderators have authority to determine who may or may not respond to a query.

I was rather surprised to be informed that I have been dragged into this discussion, here and at BCN Forum. I have not posted here for some five years, and I don't know this chap at all (as far as I can guess). I have way too much to do in my life, and have no need to impose my ideas on someone whose mind is apparently closed.

Shikra--you need help…, but not my help. Apart from that, I have nothing to say. JDA.

I thank you very much Beadman for Participation, yes i was wrong.
To error is human, and human learn from mistakes, i had a feeling if i was treated in dismissive behavior and ignorance, i was new in forums i got dejected and disappointed, but, special thanks to TASART, some of his words opened my mind and made me realized my unwary mistakes. not only that i have also learnt some really valuable things..
And i'm still learning!

Please note i never had or have any facebook or twitter accounts, anyone if tries to contact by using my nick or any other reference, its not me
never will be me.

My thanks to everybody for contributing,
i do not know how to post bigger photos,
These beads are found in surrounding's of Silk route areas, and i agree, in photographs no one can be sure of anything unless seen in person..
but, as for perforation, this bead is 33 x 13 mm, and it shines like new, have a look :)
wanna buy it?

Beads/Gemstones has no Phenomena or power of any kind of healing's or changing fate, as far as i concern.

Apparently you have registered as lapzz on the bead collector.net forum and are using both forums to try and establish some credibility and credentials for your beads.
I for one am not happy that I've wasted my time on your behalf.
