Subject:Can anyone tell what this is?

I bought these two pieces several years ago in Pakistan while traveling the KKH. The seller said he had found these items in the area between Karimabad and Gilgit. The items ar quite oxidized; I think they are made from iron. Maybe it is a bracelet and a needle?
