Subject:One of pair? woodblocks? watercolors?

Measures about 9.75x14.25 inches. I believe it is a woodblock, as opposed to a watercolor?


This is one of two which I am posting at the same time; please check the other post since they may be a pair.

The artist is Hokusai and it from his series 36 Views of Mt Fuji. This series has been copied more than 1000 times. I will take a closer look and try to see if it is an repro or not.

Your print appears to be a repro of Hokusai's Hodogaya on the Tôkaidô (Tôkaidô Hodogaya), from the series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (Fugaku sanjûrokkei). Here is a link to an original at the Boston MFA:
