Subject:Chinese Bronze Zodiac Plate

Please anybody knows if this plate is old or new?It is a metal with patina bronze, size 23 cm diameter.Thank you!

The plate appears to lack much in the way of wear from use on its base, so the patina may not be natural. The three-clawed dragon looks a bit more like Japanese or perhaps Korean to me. Characters in the middle read from the top right down and across in Mandarin as "Fu Shou Wan Shi" (福壽萬世), meaning "Happiness and Long Life for All Ages".
