Subject:Woodblock with veneer mat help

This doesn’t look like much, but one never knows….

It measures 9.0 x 14.0 inches (sight) and has a veneer mat.

Nice colors.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Below is a live auction result link for your 1950's Japanese woodblock print by Tokuriki Tomikichiro, whose night scene of a noodle (soba) cart was paired with another print for that sale. Before you despair at the low hammer price, you might want to compare your print with the one the gallery at the following link is selling for a greater amount.
