Subject:Chinese horn cup carving

this carving is about 5 inches in height. Depicting dragon in relief. Some type of horn, possibly buffalo maybe rhino. the piece has good patina and I think has age. Don't think the carving is of fine quality. Any suggestions as to material, age etc would be gratefully received.
