Painted on cloth. No idea where it came from. Any clue about the signature and the painting?

Here's another painting by him, dated 1974: http://jd.cang.com/1540829.html

As in your painting, he signs his name using traditional characters (鄭慶). In simplified Chinese characters his name is 郑庆. He also indicates his place of origin as 山陰, which is a traditional name for the Shaoxing area of Zhejiang Province. The painting linked here mentions a studio in Hangzhou, which suggests that he hasn't moved far from home as a working painter.

Here's another of his paintings painted in 1998 in Hangzhou, according to the inscription: http://auction.zhuokearts.com/art/28162160.shtml
This one sold at auction in 2014 for RMB 1100, or about $175. It looks to be larger, more elaborate, and somewhat better quality than your picture.
