Your Japanese circa late Meiji-Taisho (1900-1925) dish has an impressed mark of the Yamatoku" company and a Chinese-style overglaze red mark of Tezuka Kin Sei (手冢謹製 - Made by Tezuka Kin). Here's a link to an earlier thread where Arjan helped identify a blue & white dish with the same mark in blue and another impressed Yamatoku mark, but in phonetic characters. Liveauctioneers.com and eBay auction results will be your best destinations for info on current value.
Best regards,
Bill H.
