Subject:Chinese Tiles ?

I have these two old tiles I know nothing about. I am seeking information. Does anyone have any idea of how old they might be? The backs are pitted and have been pulled off some sort of backing, I do not see any marks, but one tile is a bit warped, one small chip on corner of one tile. They have that celedon green look to them and I have no clue what the writing is on them either. I have 4 photos, looks like I can only post 3.

If no one knows what these are, perhaps someone could read the wording on the tiles for me? I wonder if they are part of a story?
