Subject:HIGH RIM JADE BI/8 DRAGON HEADS DESIGN

BOTH SIDES HAD THE SAME MOTTIFS AND MOSTLY RAISE LINES (YAN WEN)AND ALSO LOTS OF CURVE LINES. THIS BI HAVE SOME EASTREN ZHOU/ SPRING AND AUTUMN PERIOD DNA IN IT.FEEL FREE TO COMMENT.

Xizhou more likely I believe...?

Hetian white jade...

Hi Pipane,
Thank you for your comment! This bi I am leaning towards to Spring And Autumn Period due to the motifs carved into curve lines and the dragon's tongues were S shape. Later on in Han dynasty, dragons were made in S shape.

Yes pretty sure, hardness/scratch test would tell.

And certainly not "vintage".

This piece scratch glass very easy and the tool marks was not modern as well. Thank you.
