Subject:Mysterious Japanese Cloisonne Bracelet Logo
Posted By: beadiste Tue, Mar 29, 2016 IP: 206.174.69.67

Last one today, I swear.

Likely a piece from the Deco Era? I have a similar bracelet, without logo, featuring Egyptian figures, hence most likely to be post-1922?

Similar Inaba bracelet designs from the 1950s onward all seem to be made with the champleve method, not cloisonne.

The mark reads 'ki' (キ), so eventually Hayashi Kihyōe?

Guy.

Thank you for responding on this. It's frustrating for me to be interested in cloisonne and yet be illiterate in Asian languages, so your assistance is greatly appreciated.
