The bowl is a late 19th century Chinese made to export bowl.

I beg to differ with Sean. This bowl in my opinion is Chinese from the second quarter of the 20th century, and usually found with a stamped red MADE IN CHINA mark.

Hi Tony,

You beat me to the post. Here's a 9.5-inch plate in this post-Qing dragon pattern with the Made in China mark.
