Subject:Need Help Identifying this Statue

It reminds me of mud men statue; but I have never seen one of this quality. It's about 11 inches and he has a ruyi. I can't read the stamp on the botton. Any help is greatly appreciated.

A modern decorative representation of the Qing Dynasty Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735). You;ll find them frequently on eBay in sets of three, with the other two "High Qing" rulers, Kangxi and Qianlong, respectively the father and son of Yongzheng.
