Subject:Chinese Silver on Stone Marking

I picked this up at an estate sale. The owner told me it was an antique Sake pot, but I thought it looked more like a Chinese pot of some sort. There is a little lidded container pot, in a bigger pot. Housed in a stone of some sort, maybe Jadeite. The mark on the bottom is interesting, was wondering if anyone here could tell me what it says or the manufacturer. I have only seen one other in my research that bared this mark and the owner never identified it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
