This was my grandmothers, I have no idea where its from or how old or the value?

It is Japanese Satsuma ware, probably late 19th/early 20th century, with a wisteria motif. Like most Satsuma, it was made for export. The second Japanese chacter reads "Zan/San", a standard suffix to an art name (it can also read yama). The chacter on the right in your photo should be on the bottom. I can't really read the first character. Can you get a better/cleaner photo? The detail is quite nice. This is not a site for valuation, but it should be worth more than several hundred (though I am not an expert). Hope this helps.
