Subject: Rosewood make up box

Hi everyone! here I have this wonderful ladies make up box I purchased in Beijing in 1995 it is made of Rosewood inside and out it has a hidden mirror that hinges into a fixed position. There are secret bat hinges which hide the key holes to the drawers,very well made item. I would like to know how old it possibly is,I was guessing very late 1800's,would any experts have any clues to age and kind of rosewood it is.Thanking you regards Mark.
