The Davison handbook of marks indicates that "Zhi" can be an imperial mark of Kangxi wares, but the auction listing you cite causes confusion by leaving an impression that the "Zhi" mark can be translated as "Made by Imperial Order". The mark only means "Made" no matter who ordered it.
Beurdeley was credited with the translation in a 1974 publication, which I've not seen, so the auction house may be stretching it. Otherwise, I note their description only says "probably Kangxi era" regarding the pair of dishes.
There is a mark that indeed does say "Made by Imperial Order". For Kangxi it is '康熙御製' (Kangxi Yu Zhi), which would be translated "Made by Imperial Order, Kangxi Reign". There are two polychrome dishes with this mark in the National Palace Museum, Taipei, one mark surrounded by a square field and the other within double circles, all in red and written over the glaze I believe.
Best regards,
