Use the link and scroll down to marks 19 and 246 together.

G246 Unconfirmed identity but looks like Mount Fuji and a stream, similar to Fukagawa.

G19. Unconfirmed identity but looks like Mount Fuji and a stream. The 2 characters below the picture are read together as Nippon (= Japan), similar to Fukagawa.

A similar mark is found as G923 with additional kanji under Fukagawa: Iroe Saiji, meaning "Fukagawa colored decoration".
