Dealer says it is mid-20th-century, so is not an original print.

Reprints of works by famous original producers are common, and the dealer here is not attempting to sell as one of the originals (so no attempt at fake or fraud).

It is exactly as the seller claims it to be... A mid-20th century reproduction of an original Hiroshige design.
