Do the names on the seal mean anything?

Of course the names on the seal mean something, they are the name of the artist. (in mandarin) Li Qi Ji 李起姬. However, I have a feeling that the artist is a woman from Hong Kong - a woman from the last character and the signature in pencil, which is possibly the Cantonese pronunciation of the two given names.

I'm not completely sure of the ink signature but it looks like it might be 雲海 YunHai, The Hai is correct but I am less sure of the first character.
