Hi anyone can Id the age of this bowl . marked Chenghua rain mark . any idea thank you

The opaque green enamel and somewhat flat looking gilt seem to point to early 20th century or subsequent manufacture. While it may be Chinese, the overall look of the dragon medallion and Chenghua mark have overtones of Japanese wares. Makes me wonder if the piece might have been made in Japan or its former colony Taiwan circa the mid-20th century.
