Subject:Asian artist identification

I recently acquired at an estate sale the artwork shown in the attached images. There are three pieces which all either seem to be by the same artist or at least in some fashion are related to each other. One is a watercolor and the other two are calligraphy with looking to have been done on some sort of rice paper.

All three pieces seem to potentially be signed by the same artist. While some of the writing on the pieces looks to be in Chinese (I think), other portions look to be in English. There are matching chop marks on all three pieces, with one common chop mark in English which looks to read “ATS”. I’ve attempted to research this to determine what ATS means without much luck. I don’t know if it’s an art group, a school, or something completely different.

One of the calligraphy pieces looks to say “Zen”. In the upper right-hand corner of this piece it looks to say in English “Joyce from Andy” or something similar. In the lower left-hand corner between the two chop marks it looks to say “Hand written by XXX-XX” where I cannot decipher the signature.

The second calligraphy piece looks to say “XXXX las XXX”. I’m not sure exactly what this says. In the upper right-hand corner is written something, maybe a signature or something else, and then again between the two chop marks in the lower left-hand corner it also looks to be a signature, with some of this (the first two words matching the signature on the first calligraphy piece described above.

The signature on all three pieces looks to be something such as “Dli SE”, “Ali “SC”, or some such thing. The confusing thing for me is that some of the writing is in English and some is not. I really don’t know but maybe the work was done by a student at some Asian art school? Just a thought.

As seen in the watercolor it is actually done very well. It surely doesn’t look to have been done by an inexperienced artist, at least in my mind.

Since I am only allowed to upload three images at a time I will reply multiple times to add the addtionaly images. Please review all of them.

As usual any and all input is greatly appreciated. If you happen to know who this artist is and/or approximately when the pieces were done or any other info I thank you up front for your help.

Scott

these seem to be inscribed in both English and Vietnamese, presumably as objects for the tourist market. The seal seems to read 鄧詩士, or in Chinese "Deng (a surname), the Poet", though I don't know how this would be transliterated into Vietnamese.
