Subject:Old looking spoon with possible bottom mark ?

Hello, I picked up this spoon along with the other items.I probably have 8 bucks in everything from today.
The spoon has either cracking from the center or a bottom mark..I did not notice it until I took pictures and the shape of the "cracks " on the bottom struck me as recognizable but your guess is as good as mine.
It is very old,thin , and warped,.
The spoon is hand painted but appears to have lost some paint from areas.
Any idea of age ? maker ? any value ?
