Subject:rouleau vase

Just wondering if anyone can help me identify this vase or offer any information about it...I'm not sure how to start the research and thought the markings on the bottom may be helpful...???
The vase is approximately 13" tall and in excellnt condition

The mark has a few innovative calligraphic twists and also has that look of being written by felt-tip pen in overglaze black. This aspect, combined with the virtually perfect and strangely smoky glaze, seems to me to obviate any possibility of this vase being other than a late 20th century or subsequent product.
