Subject:Persian (?) Painting on Leather

Hallo everybody,
I recently purchased this painting on leather.
It probably shows Mirabai and it is signed.
Three questions please:
Am I right to think that the signature is Persian?
Is there a possibility to recognice if this painting is 19th or 20th century?
Does anyone – accidentally – know the artist, that signed here?
