Subject:Could someone please help me find out what this is?
Posted By: Alex Wed, Sep 07, 2016 IP: 50.24.66.81 I have a dragon art piece that is on some sort of linen. With writing on it and a seal that I have no idea what it means. Any help would be appreciated. It seems to be water color or dark lead. It seems to not be a printed item

Posted By: Bill H Fri, Sep 09, 2016 I'll defer on the seal, but the inscription in black above it looks to say "Chinese Dragon, Dinghai Year" (中國龍 丁亥年). Dinghai is a cyclical year that came around most recently in 1947 and 2007, neither of which were years of the dragon.
