Have looked at hundreds of hallmarks and can't find anything out about this porcelain large vase. Any help would be deeply appreciated!!!! Who when where? Thanks for your time. Could not upload full vase due to size. It is solid cobalt blue with white flowers lightly painted stands 18 in. tall

The mark reads "Zhonghua Taoci" or "Chung-hua T'ao-tz'u" (中華陶瓷), which is to say "China Porcelain" in the parlance of Taiwan. Appears to be contemporary. You can Google the characters for more images of these products.

Best regards,

Bill H.

If you can't reduce the size of your photo, add it on Flickr and put the Flickr link in here.

Did you check here for the maker's mark?
