Botan-san is just the best in reading cursive script and of course also seal script...(≧▽≦).

Anyway, the first signature reads 一宝斎国盛画 or 'Ippôsai Kunimori ga' which refers to Utagawa Kunimori II (歌川国盛 2代目, died in 1881), a pupil of Utagawa Kunisada.

The second signature in cursive is difficult to read. Should be useful that you also post images of the whole print.

Guy.

The first is one of Utagawa Kunisada's signatures - possibly Ichiyosai Toyokuni ga - it's pretty small. Probably late 1840s - the date seal at the top is too small to see. We can tell you more with a picture of the print and better detail.

Cheers,
Stan
