Hi,

This is Siva and it is from India. It is fairly recent as in 20th century. Would like to know the region where it is from and the artist. Ramarkable work.

I believe this is a Dhokra bronze made somewhere in the region of Eastern India where this ancient technique, handed down for 4500 years from the nomadic craftsmen of the Dhokra Damar tribe of the Indus Valley, is still practiced. It is also similar to metalwork by the Gond people of Orissa but I think it is Dhokra.
I don't know if it has any age, as work like this can still be found in the area.
