This statue is probably Jade Girl (玉女) or sometimes known as dragon girl (龙女) and is always accompanied by a Golden Boy statue (金僮). They usually accompany Taoist immortals but most people would associate them with the goddess Guan Yin who is sometimes shown flanked by the Golden Boy and Jade Girl.
I am no expert on bronzes but from the image of the girl and the way it has been sculpted, I would say that this statue is 20 century.
Hope this helps.
