Your table, more likely cast in a resinous material rather than carved from alabaster, is a European or other Western chinoiserie pastiche made for the decorative market, possibly in the 1920's or 30's. Below is a link to earlier forum discussion of a somewhat similar table.

I've never seen one come up for sale, so can't comment to value.

The mark has no meaning in Chinese, Japanese or Korean as far as I know.
