Subject:Print Translation Help

Knowing my wife's fondness for cats, a student recently gave her this print. I assume it's a modern rendition of the Korean painting "Tiger Under a Pine Tree" by Kim Hong-do (or at least using that as a theme), but I'm not sure. I would appreciate any and all help with the translation of the text upper right. Apologies for the dimness of the image (it's getting late and a storm has set in). Many thanks in advance.
