Subject:Help to identify a globular vase

Can someone help me to identify this vase?
I think it's Japanese but I would like your opinion.

Thanks

This is what I take to be a circa mid-20th century Chinese ginger jar in a popular Dragon & Phoenix on Cracked Ice pattern meant to commemorate weddings and anniversaries. I believe the mark reads from the top right down and across as "Zhen Shi Ci She" (鎮食瓷社), possibly translatable in context as "Jingdezhen Porcelain Dinnerware Commune" or as "Municipal Porcelain Dinnerware Cooperative". Perhaps Super can weigh in on the translation.

Judging from the old style labeling on this six-inch tall estate sale lidded example of mine, the same type of jar was being sold and exported as antique in the U.K. around the third quarter of the 20th century.

Best regards,

Bill H.
