Your Japanese woodblock print is a collaboration between Hiroshige II and Toyokuni III. It is from the series Thirty-six Views of the Pride of Edo (location: Ume Yashiki) printed in 1864.

Given the pristine condition and what appears to be heavy paper stock, this may be a reproduction.

On further examination, I am nearly certain that this is a reproduction. An original would have a date seal and publisher's seal in the margin at the lower left. See another print from the same series at the Boston MFA:
