Looks like an early-to-mid-20th century Chinese example. The label fragment has a couple of readable characters that say "carved wood". The circular stamp is not readable.
Here are a couple of auction results, including one with what I'd consider to be a questionable age claim of 18th century. It's likely about the same period as yours. Wood carvings are easily aged by burial in the ground, soaking in various water solutions and other tricks to make them look older.
