Subject:Minerals formation on posible ancient Chinese bronze

Here I preset you this very interesting bronze vessel.
As you can see the details and cast are of very high class.
As you can see we can find minerals added to what it looks to be plants root or fibers. Also in many place of the vessel and inside the cavities we can find many minerals formation...
My question is, how difficult would be faking this kind of incrustation and if posible?
This vessel belongs to a private collection and has been in the same family since 1975.
we are trying to know as much as posible about it.
I will be very grateful for any help you can give me.
