Subject:oxen statue
Posted By: david Fri, Feb 17, 2017 IP: 174.117.120.91 Hello, Can someone please tell me how old this unique unusual terracotta, wood and sinew oxen statue might be and from where it might have originated? The base, ladder and frame (cross) are solid wood; the oxen, miniature rooster and pot are terracotta and the wrapping is sinew! Any assistance with this query would be greatly appreciated!
