Hello, Can anyone identify the impressed mark in this large exquisite 15 3/4" high wireless cloisonne vase? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

In chapter 17 he lists illustrations and notes for 290 marks, but I did not recognize the characters on your vase in any of the listings.

David,

I have no idea whether this is Japanese or Chinese, but supposing it's Japanese the signature says: Kimata Sei (made by Kimata) 木全 製.

For composing Japanese Kanji characters I'm using:
http://jisho.org/#radical
Which is very helpful for me.
Next for translating the found characters to names or text I use:
https://www.branah.com/kanji-to-romaji
On this site the characters are translate to names / text in ON- and KUN-reading (resp.: Japanese Chinese reading and native Japanese).

So these 2 sites can help you to unravel Japanese signatures. The Jisho site is even partly helpful in composing a number of Chinese characters.
Good luck,
Martin.

Am unfamiliar with cloisonne but two possible readings are
木金製 Mujin zhi: made by Mujin
木仝製 Mutong zhi: made by Mutong
Hope that leads somewhere
