Dear Morris

I cannot read the mark, but this is late 19th century Japanese porcelain, depicting the Three Friends Of Winter. You can look up that phrase on this forum. I believe this is called Arita Ware.

The mark spells: Fuki 富貴 Choshun 長春
which means something like: "Wealth and Everlasting Spring", also translated as "Good fortune and long life" or "Wealth, Nobility, Longevity and Youth".
Regards,
Martin.
