Subject:help with identifying chinese mark
Posted By: Phaik Hooi Fri, Oct 20, 2017 IP: 115.164.216.180 chinese porcelain teapot with mark, but i cannot find similar on gotheborg site. the teapot has a painting on one side and a poem? on the other. there are also some words on the cover and around the rim of the pot. |

Posted By: Bill H Mon, Oct 23, 2017 I believe that mark is an apocryphal, smudged and hard to make out seal of 'Kangxi Nian Zhi' - 康熙年製 (Made during the Kangxi Reign) in seal script (zhuanshu) characters, as shown below. |
