Reading of seal:
頁夫部印 Ye Fu Bu Yin Seal of Page Section Fu (夫)
(To enter names or words beginning with this radical
-character component- )
I think this seal was used in some office, which had been involved in some kind of registration.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Dear I. Nagy,

I don't think the seal image has been reversed so the reading would be different if it was. Also I cannot see any Yin character there.

How would you read this seal if it was A (or E) Bu Ye Fu 阿部頁夫。

Respectfully,

Mikeoz

Dear Mikeoz,

Thank you for the rectification. The first character
is 阿 and not 印.) in turn the character 頁 is 貞, and not 頁.
In this case the reading is Japanese.
阿部貞夫 - Abe Sadao

With all respect,
I.Nagy

I bow to your knowledge of Japanese, It is then a name seal. Thank you. I can see the 貞 character now, but it is not written in a way that I would have.
