Subject:Trivial reference contribution

I have come across this illustration print by Max Tilke from a costume book, and have noticed historical people, and perhaps other actual people who may not be monumental. It occurred to me that he used living subjects when he could, and that such accurate depictions could be used to help identify various aspects of art and cultural aspects relating to art. The man seated on the top right is Kinh Luoc ( vice-roi) Hoang Cao Khai, and then he was Than Thai (regent to the emperor) in 1897. You can also see his bodyguard. Another trivial fact is that his son was cured of smallpox by the use of phototherapy. The man and his family on the lower right is King Chulalongkorn King Rama V with either one of his 91 consorts or 44 daughters and one of his 32 sons. You can notice his hand appears to be holding a scepter that has been omitted. Queen Sirikit is his great grand daughter. Just thought I would share that maybe these costume books can be a great study aide for the beginner, such as myself.
