Reading,
花好圓月 - Blooming flowers and full moon -
(usu. as a congratulatory message for sb.`s marriage)
The 3rd character (圓)is written in the simplified
form means, it has been made after the 1950-es.
In my opinion it could be only a couple of years old.

With regards,
I.Nagy

A very common cheng yu (4-character Chinese idiom),
reading from top to bottom, then from left to right on your pendant:

花好月圓

花好 - when flowers are blooming and perfectly beautiful;
月圓 - when the moon is full (round like a circle).

usually used in congratulating other's marriage.

Probably made in the 40s or 50s.
