Posted By: Robert Tue, Mar 06, 2018 Form resembles some modern Catawba Indian pots. However, these are typically unglazed, burnished earthenwares, which are pit fired. This may explain the "American Indian" label on the bottom. |

Posted By: Doubley Sat, Mar 10, 2018 I noticed that it is wheel thrown, I think most native potters of the past and traditional potters use hand building techniques. Some I think throw pots in more modern times. The shape also looks somewhat like some from the Cado tradition. The clay looks white, that might help narrow it down a little- if it is American |
