Picture 1: no idea.

Picture 2: Eiwa 栄和 Kinsei 謹製 (Eiwa quality product), export porcelain, date: around 1960-1980.
There are several translations possible for "Kinsei" like:
- humbly made,
- carefully made,
- respectfully made,
- quality product.
