Hello, Looking for information on these markings that are on porcelain wall panel artwork.

The attribution line (bottom left) of the inscription says "Wang Qi" (1884-1937), who was a member of the famed "Eight Friends of Zhushan", who worked at China's Jingdezhen porcelain center in the late 19th-early 20th century. See link to a 1931 example auctioned by Sotheby's in 2013. Rat can make a more authorative assessment of authenticity of the one shown in this thread.

Rich, is this something you have in your possession or are contemplating purchasing? Any provenance? Wang and other in the Eight Friends group are widely copied nowadays.

Here a copy of the link for pasting in case the uploaded one is too long to work:

Best regards,

Let's try one more link and see if it works. One in the URL spot and another copy her to paste if need be.

Here's the corrected link -

http://www.sothebys.com/en/auctions/ecatalogue/2013/chinese-works-of-art-n08974/lot.249.html

BTW, I think your piece is magnificent whether a copy or not! (It looks right to me)
