The character centre left is not the Shimazu crest but a part of the artist name.
The mark is: Dai Nippon 大日本 - Kyoto 京都 - Yasuda 安田 Sei 製 (made by Yasuda).
Date of this teapot: circa 1890.

This mark is of Yasuda Gensei (15th generation), just before he and his brother Yasuda Yoshizaburo founded the Kyoto Tojiki Goshi Kaisha in 1896. They hired a number of excellent painters to produce quality Satsuma ware. These pieces usually have the well-known Yasuda logo as a mark together with the name of the painter. Yasuda Gensei died in 1932.

Regards,
Martin.

The characters in the mark reads 大 曰 本 京 都 安 田 製 meaning “Dai Nippon/Nihon, Kyoto, Yasuda Sei. So it’s a Kyoto Satsuma tea pot circa late Meiji to Taisho period.
