The mark is: Seizan 誠山 Gama 窯 (Seizan kiln), date circa 1970's - 1980's, source: http://litaxulingkelley.blogspot.com/p/japanese-porcelain-marks.html

The 1st generation potter Seizan opened Seizan Gama. The 2nd generation potter of Seizan owns Seizan Gama now. His original ceramics are seen in an exhibition at Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto-shi. The kiln is still in production today.

Regards,
Martin.
