Subject:Artist of a Chinese Large Ink Painting

Does anyone know who this artist might be? I'd also like to know the title. I was told it was Chinese. The painting is very detailed and large with the image size approx 50"x 25". Would seem to be the last half of the 20th century
Any help is appreciated.

野田微雨陷苗壮　- Fields in drizzling rain - plants strenghten
Signature and lower seal,
默谷　-　Mogu - Silent valley (Art-name)
Upper seal,
韓碩昨　- Han Tianzuo (2nd character 石真）-
Surname and name of artist
(Unidentifiable)
